Hear up to 10,000 of your favorite songs anytime the doorbell rings
Santa Fe Springs, Calif. – (March 13, 2012) – Today, Swann proudly introduces the MP3 DJ Doorbell, a customizable wireless doorbell that stores and plays music when the doorbell is pressed.
Comprised of a speaker unit and a push button doorbell unit, Swann’s MP3 DJ Doorbell boasts a modern white, high gloss design that fits into any home or office. Simply attach the push button doorbell by the front door with the included double sided adhesive and either mount the speaker on your living area wall with screws or position it on top of a credenza. When the doorbell is pressed it sends a wireless signal (up to 165’) to the speaker to begin playing your favorite music. Since both units are also battery powered, there’s no need to run wiring of any kind.
Music is stored on a removable SD card (sold separately) and the device can accommodate up to a 32GB SD card, capable of holding up to 10,000 tracks. The speaker unit can double as either an on-the-wall music player, even when the doorbell button is not pressed, or a portable music player once removed from the wall. The speaker has built-in controls that provide easy operation just as a MP3 player would.
The MP3 DJ Doorbell connects to a computer via the included USB or you can simply remove the SD Card to add or remove songs. Also included in the package is an easy to use MP3 editing software.
Swann’s MP3 DJ Doorbell has a MSRP of $49.99 / C$54.99 and will be available for purchase online from Radio Shack, Amazon.com, B&H, Home Hardware (Canada) and other major retailers coming soon.
