Intraday Automation leader bolsters regional business development and customer support capabilities
Atlanta, GA (August 26, 2015) – Intradiem, the leading provider of Intraday Automation solutions to contact centers, back office and retail frontline workforces, today announced the company’s continuing investment in the EMEA marketplace with the addition of local personnel and other resources. The expansion will focus on channel and customer development as well as support throughout Europe and adjacent regions.
The expansion comes as a result of exponential growth in the company’s European operations. Intradiem will tailor its capabilities, including the customer success, channel development and technical operations disciplines, to meet the needs of local clients and partners. Intradiem also recently announced the addition of executive resources to manage global business development initiatives for business process outsourcers (BPOs).
